Citizens of Charlotte:

People of Charlotte: To produce a vision and direction for Center City’s next ten, twenty, even fifty years of growth and development, the 2010 Plan must represent the history, interests, needs, ideas, traditions and insights of Charlotte, while addressing the concerns of its citizens.

 

Charlotte Center City Partners:

Charlotte Center City Partners (CCCP): Coordinating the work of the Consultant Team and the input of citizens and government agencies, CCCP is the central point of contact, information and direction for the Center City 2010 Plan. A nonprofit organization that represents private sector interests in the Center City, CCCP is funded by revenues from special tax districts and serves as a catalyst for promoting and enhancing Center City.

 

Charlotte City and County Government:

City and County Government Agencies: In collaboration with CCCP, led by the Charlotte City Manager’s Office, Mecklenburg County Manager’s Office, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission and the Department of Transportation, representatives of city and county government agencies are directing and reviewing the work of the 2010 Consultant Team throughout the process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Consultant Team:

Consultant Team: The 2010 Plan Consultant Team was created specifically to study and address Center City’s design and development issues for the next several decades. Guided by Cooper Carry, the Consultant Team includes experts in the fields of urban design; transportation planning; landscape architecture; office, residential and retail development; and government funding strategies.
